If you have been referred by your GP you will be contacted by the hospital that you have chosen to visit to book your appointment, either by letter, email or if you have it, on the NHS APP. You will be able to go online or telephone the outpatients department of the hospital you have chosen to book your appointment. Please telephone the number on your letter/email if you have any queries with regards to your appointment. Please do not telephone the surgery until you have spoken with the hospital. If the hospital identify a problem with your referral then please contact the surgery and we will be happy to help you.
