Blood, Urine and X-ray Results
Your doctor will normally advise you how long it takes for test results to arrive back in the practice. Please call between 12 noon and 1.00pm for any results of tests performed by your doctor.

Appointments
Please call at the reception or telephone during office hours only or log on to your EMIS Access and book on line. For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 am. It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery in the afternoon.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

Community Midwives

The midwife provides shared care and advice during the antenatal and postnatal periods. She may be contacted at the Maternity Office, Horsham Hospital 01403 227000 ext 7134. An antenatal clinic is held on Tuesday afternoons at Cowfold surgery. Contact Reception for an appointment.

Community Nurses

The District Nurses provide nursing treatment and advice to our housebound patients and those recently discharged from hospital. They mey be contacted on 01293 228311. This is provided by One Call.

Health Visitors

Health Visitors are registered nurses who have gained further specialised training in health visiting. They visit all children under the age of five years old, carry out developmental checks and should be your first contact for routine enquiries about your child’s health and development. They can be contacted on 01273 847832. If your child is ill, however, please contact the doctor or nurse.

Counsellors

Attached to the practice is Rob Fletcher who works for Time to Talk and is based at Cowfold Surgery on Wednesday afternoons.  Your GP will refer you to Rob.
