Blood, Urine and X-ray Results
Your doctor will normally advise you how long it takes for test results to arrive back in the practice. Please call after 11:30 a.m. for any results of tests performed by your doctor.

Appointments
Please call at the reception or telephone during office hours only. For ROUTINE appointments or queries about results, please avoid telephoning between 8.30 a.m. and 10.30 am. It is usually much easier to telephone the surgery in the afternoon

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

 COWFOLD SURGERY: CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR OPENING

 IMPORTANT PATIENT INFORMATION REGARDING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR OPENING HOURS AND REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

The Surgery will close at 5.00pm on Wednesday 24 December 2014 and will be closed on:

Thursday 25 December 2014 and Friday 26 December 2014

 We will re-open at 8.00am on Monday 29 December 2014

On Wednesday 24 December 2014 and Monday 29 December 2014 appointments will only be bookable on the day.

The Surgery will also be closed on Thursday 1 January 2015 and Cowfold Surgery will re-open at 8.00am on Friday 2 January 2015 and Partridge Green Surgery will re-open at 2pm on Friday 2   January 2015

PRESCRIPTIONS

If your next prescription is due for renewal in the run-up to the busy Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays, the Surgery politely requests that you order your medication at least one week earlier than usual and allow a little longer than the usual 72 hours before you collect it. Please ensure you order your medication in plenty of time and have adequate supplies to last you through the Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday
